Vista Home Premium error

  1. The file is possibly corrupt. The file header checksum does not match the computed checksum.

    Is what popped up when I tried to install Vista Home Premium on my computer. A quick search told me that I had to update my BIOS, but I don't know how. Stupid I know, but I don't know how. Some help is much appreciated! :)
