Vista home unknown virus

  1. HP9205 running Vista Home (crap!) and something is dominating my memory and cpu.....i have run most virus removal.spam etc programs in safe mode and havn't found a thing to this point. What I know is that my laptop is slower than my PII machine....

    Here is a HJ Log and would appreciate any help

    Hello

    It looks like you have some remnants fron Norton/Symantec, I´ll therefore suggest you run their own uninstall tool -

    Download the Norton Removal Tool (SymNRT) to your Desktop.

    Once downloaded please close ALL open browsers, also save any work because this may require a restart.

    Go to your desktop and double click on the removal tool and then click Setup.
    Once open Click Next
    Accept the license agreement and click Next
    Type in the letters/numbers that you see into the text box then click Next.
    Then click Next and the tool will start running.
    Once finished restart the PC and run the tool again to ensure everything has been removed.
    Delete Nortonremoval tool from your Desktop.

    Restart

    It also looks like you have had kasperspy installed ?
