Vista laptop having trouble booting

Hi, my laptop wouldn't boot at first until i changed the boot order and then it would just go to start-up repair and say it couldn't repair it. Now it will let me log on sometimes but it will say that windows service is unavailable or it will just do the thing that i mentioned before, please help.

Do you have a Windows OS disk, XP, Vista or Windows 7?
