I am going in as admin and yet can't delete memory dump file. I am use to Unix and older version of DOS and windows. I don't remember how to delete. It does not seem to be a sharing problem. Any thoughts?

If you are using Windows Vista try going into your User Account in the control panel and turning off the User Account Control feature. You will have to restart your system in order for this change to take affect, but after restarting you should be able to access and delete those files. It would be a good idea to turn this feature back on once you are done with your deletions, you will have to restart once again.
