Vista Problem launching game

I have UAC turned off and disabled DEP. When I try to run Nascar racing 2003, I get the splash screen and then back to desktop. I have tried every computability and to run as an administrator with no success. When I turn UAC on, the game launches with no problem. Any ideas as to the problem?

1. Is this a laptop or a home PC?

2. Does this problem occur at any other time besides gaming?

3. Do you get any Blue Screens of Death (BSOD) or are you just getting kicked back to your desktop?

4. Have you tried updating your video card drivers or any other drivers?

1. Happens on both but I mainly play on the desktop.

2. So far just with this one game.

3. kicked to desktop.

4. I updated my video drivers with the same problem.

I don't think it's a graphic cards issue. Since it only happens when disabling UAC, my guess is that the problem is with the UAC. I know others who turn it off and have no problems.
