I am having a crappy day with compounded computer issues this one is that on a new harddrive had formated it as a spare and now I need it as my other pc's main died... dont get me started. Anyways when I put vista in after some preloading of files n such it came to ask what partition I would like to install on with message at the bottom claiming that the drive had one or more dynamic libraries not supported and could not install... please tell me there is a simple fix I cant take another piece of failed equipment this week.

figured it out had to pop it back in another computer and set it as a basic drive instead of dynamic. a quick rundown: start menu> right click my computer> manage
    > Storage > Disk Manager > right click the drive > Convert to basic drive

This will erase all data on the hdd
