Volume goes up when I seek forward

when i listen to music i set the volume bar in the middle when i seek forward or backward the sound rise to max although the volume bar is at the same position as i placed it (it doesnt move but the volume changes)

I have A Creative Sound Blaster Audigy soundcard

any Idea ?

and yeah ,when i go to the device manager there is a missing thing (Multimedia Audio Controller) i tried to fix it but i couldn't !

What is your computer's make and model?

This has to be fixed and it could be the source of your problem. Try deleting this entry and see if the Multimedia Audio Controller is reinstalled properly after a computer restart

well all i now is it's intel , the program says couldnt find any .

when it says found a new device ,i click install then it keeps searching then it says couldn't find installation data .
