Want to reformat but no disks

    ok im not sure if this goes here but i got an asus p4vp-mx motherboard and i wanna reformat but the problem is i dont have ANY of the disks except windows xp and the drivers for my 3d card so my question is with everything intergrated onto the motherboard except the 3dcard will i have issues with drivers and if so how can i fix said problem anyway thanks in advance

    Just download all your mobo drivers first from the Asus website and burn them to a cd.

    Then once you`ve done the format and reinstall, install your mobo drivers etc.

    thank you i got all my drivers but now i need to know how to reformat without recovery disks ive never had to do it before

    Make sure your bios is set to boot from cd, put your wondows xp cd in the drive, and away you go.

    i did that it asked me to put in a recovery floppy
