i am having two problems when playing warcraft 3 on my comp 1: my system spontaneously reboots 2: i get the following error message randomly:

Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 001B:6F0E2082

The instruction at '0x6F0E2082' referenced memory at '0x6A006A34'.
The memory could not be 'written'.

ive heard that kyro 1/2 cards dont work with over 256MB of memory but not from the manufacturer (hercules or power VR). i have 768MB so this may be the problem. here's the rest of my system, all with latest drivers/bios:

mobo: epox 8k7a
hercules 3D prophet 4500 64MB

ive tweaked my bios settings to comply with the kyro 1/2 guide on this website and other 2D games seem to work fine. any help at all would be great, thanks.

my brother has the same problem too. still no idea.

No idea what OS its for (filename suggests XP though) or what it even fixes. Worth a try though I guess.
