  1. IMLOST Newcomer, in training

    I have the above permanently displayed on my desktop with no control over changing the appearance. I suddenly have offers for Antivirus XP pro. "My Documents" appears out on nowhere. I am told that the administrator has disabled the Task Manager. My computer locks up and I have to shut it off at the computer.
    I have downloaded McAffee, with no change. Help, please!
