WD HD stopped working on Monoprice DVR

Hello everyone,

I have been using a 2tb Western Digital HD in my Monoprice DVR for 4 months without a problem.

Last week during startup the system would keep getting stuck at 98% when reviewing recorded data. I took out the HD, reformatted it (ntfs), stuck it back in, and got "No HD installed" or something along those lines....took it out, reformatted again, this time nothing, cant even use the options on the dvr.

Does anyone have any experience with this machine from Monoprice or have any thoughts?
