Webcam causes BSOD

My webcam is causing my pc to reboot with the BSOD, every time I exit the webcam this happens.
I have searched around with google and found out that this happens alot and can be diagnosed with Memory Test and Verifier, I have tried these two methods and it did not work for me, can anyone help me with any other methods if known.

Mm~ From the debug info, I can read of this file "P1130Vid.sys";
I though it was brought into system by installing camera driver.
