Webcam Issue

Is it normal for the pic to be jumpy when chating on cam to cam?
The cam is built into the laptop.
What should I look for in a webcam to remedy this?

You could install more Ram (unknown specs at this stage)
Also confirm that you have the latest Video drivers installed
