I have Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 and I have a Genius USB webcam and 512/192kbps internet connection...
when I try to use video chat, the person I'm talking to can see me but I cannot see them...
I tried MSN, Skype, Gmail chat...
Is the problem in my PC or the other person's?
