Webcam stopped working

    I have a Lenovo laptop. It is almost new.My webcam on it was working perfectly when skyping. Now my picture cannot be seen any more at all. When I click on Cyberlink YouCom a warning sign comes up which says that webcam is not working. It says to first turn off Skype. I dont know how to do this because Skype always comes on automatically when I turn on the computer.
    What can I do to get the webcam to work again????? This is very frustrating!!!!!

    Do you see any yellow exclamation points in the device manager?
