    There is no bargain barebones until Windows 7 comes out... Anything with VISTA Home is not a bargain to my way of thinking.
  3. Quite frankly, I haven't had and never did have any problems with Vista Home Premium--ran fine after a few well-known tweaks which I also applied to Windows 7 RC. It's really quite a deal to get Vista 64bit now and later get Windows Premium 7 64bit--two systems for one, at least two legitimate keys. With the old Vista, simply use vLite and create something special. Easy.
  4. People should be careful about what hardware they buy because Windows 7 XP mode only works on machines with hardware virtualization build in. This means that the quad core system mentioned above will not work since the Q8200 has it disabled...
