With Steam's wallet-draining summer jamboree concluding last weekend, you probably have a decade-long backlog of games in your library. Looks like Steam ALWAYS has the lowest priced games. One only has to be patient and wait for the game you want to be on sale.

I've found Direct2Drive has had better deals as of late. I couldn't say no to Mass Effect 2 at $4.95, and Fallout 3 GOTY for $9.95. :D
