Actually, I believe I still have a copy of Word 6.0 for Windows 3.1 floating around the room somewhere.
  2. SPF Professional for Windows, 1996. Emulates the ISPF Mainframe Editor from MVS. Best editor ever. Won't run in Windows 64 bit *sob*. Still, it works in a VM so life is still viable.

Heh. I still have a DOS 2 or DOS 3 period unopened WordStar someplace. No possible way to install it on anything, even if the floppy disks haven't all flaked away. It's just in a box that has somehow followed me around since shortly after the dinosaurs died. But hey, at the time somebody gave it to me I was already using the much more modern PC Write and doing everything in batch files. Go, me!

But I gotta say, Windows 7 and Linux are better. :D

Gotta love Paint Shop Pro. On a similar note, I wish 3dFX was still around - they were without a doubt the kings of high performance graphics hardware in the 90's.

I still use Lotus Notes R5 (2002) at home for my several mail accounts, still use MS Office 2000 and photoshop 7. I still use a DELL Dimension 4500 (bought in 2003 with XP Home (I replaced the hard drive, upgraded memory and reinstalled the OS in 2009)(keeping an Acronis image of my brand new XP to restore it one shot in the future).

Yea, sorry for the necro of this thread but that is really true.
I had a look at the latest µTorrent, what a bloated PoS it has become, loads of adware and crap it wants installed if you are not careful!

I've been a long time user of v2.0.4 but upgraded to v2.2.1 now and that is the version I'll continue to use.
There is a skin for it here that makes it look like v2.0.4 and by pressing F8 & F9 to turn off the apps and find pane it becomes very streamlined looking :)
