    I'm confused, is microsoft paying the DOD to use windows 8 or is DOD paying microsoft? Either way seems extremely absurd considering the cost per employee to upgrade to windows 8 is almost $1900 average. (617,000,000/330,000=1869.69696969697)

    Scshadow Not only that, I read another article on the DOD (Army) and it said they're spending the $617 million to save only $210 million over 3 years.
