Weird computer problem

I just repaired a neighbors computer that she said it randomly turned on at night. Then all of a sudden it just would turn on and go to the load screen and then reboot and this just kept repeating itself. I reinstalled windows and since I ruled out it wasn't the modem doing a wake up, and she told me that she had just downloaded something from napster. I thought it was just a virus. Now that her computer was fixed it stayed at my house plugged up for two days and no problems. I gave it to her and she installed some of her programs she backed up, now her computer is back to randomly turning on and whenever she tries to update Mcaffe that I installed on her computer it restarts. I figure this is probably a virus but since the computer isn't seeing one should I reformat again?

Yeah, sounds like a viri or some malware in one of the programs she installed after your did the reformat. You can reformat or go HERE and follow the instructions EXACTLY and post back all of the requested info.
