Weird scrolling

    I notice when I have flash open and winamp...I start to have scrolling problems....i.e. if I was chatting and want to scroll up..it would keep scrolling up and down...

    Also, when I click START, it's hard to hover over the options I want to click on because it scrolls too much.

    Any clue? I'm not sure if my computer is overheating..temp says 40C...

    Because irregular/smooth scrolling is exactly what you'll see if you don't have proper video card drivers installed and you use the scroll wheel on your mouse in a browser.
