Ok. last night, my Windows XP Home edition froze up. So i restarted it, and instead of getting my default blue welcome screen, i get a black screen with a windows xp box that asks me for my username. i enter it and hit ok. it goes to my profile. so i check the control panel, and it is still set to boot the welcome screen, and my MSGINA.dll is working fine. then i go to log of, it freezes. i go to restart, and i get the messagge that says:
