I'm considering buying a new touch screen notebook, so what r the best at the moment ?
i need a small one to surf the web and do some light stuffs.

What price range are you looking for? and relative size? I can suggest the fijitsu lifebook, really nice tablet but price is quite high. IF you're looking for a bit lower priced, try hp
