What caused this crash?

Hi,

This issue is in relation to my parents computer not my own. Usually I can fix any issues they have but recently they've been having all sorts of strange problems and given that my parents aren't computer savvy the information I get from them isn't all that useful.
So I've been inspecting the event viewer to try to get a clue and I can't find any one particular thing that would be causing their issues. Anyway, today my mum said the computer restarted unexpectedly so I've retrieved the minidump from when it happened.

Could someone please have a look at this minidump (see attached) and shed some light on what made the computer restart?

Any help would be appreciated,

I'm not particularly good at reading these things but - the dump says it's probably caused by PCTCore.sys, which looks like it's a component of some variety of "PC Tools" software: http://www.prevx.com/filenames/X3355835610975904229-X1/PCTCORE.SYS.html

Probably a good start to uninstall whatever that may be associated with.
