What infections do I have?

    Hi

    I have completed the 8-point malware infections steps and was hoping to get some feedback on what steps to take from here

    I have attached the 3 files requested

    Symptons I have experienced are a very slow computer and the inability to run some programs correctly(eg AVG anti virus which did not pick up any infections and also was missing files)

    I am running OS xp sp3 and mostly use the machine for music

    As I am a newbie all the assistance would be appreciated
