What is a good free cd/dvd burning software,
that lets you burn extracted iso's and autorun works after you burn it.
Please give me links to that.

The isos are just disk images, so they essentially are exactly the same as the dvd, just in a file form. Any application that will burn an iso image (not the iso file itself) will do, and if the disk the iso was made of had an autorun then so will the burned disk.

This is the free one I'd recommend: http://cdburnerxp.se/

Does cdburnerxp detect automatically if its dvd or a cd?

Yep, as long as you have the ISO it will burn it correctly. Now I think if you give it a dvd and it is a cd iso it will go ahead and burn it on a dvd. There is no harm in that, other than you just made an expensive cd. (and it probably requires a dvd drive to be read).
