What is a RTS.DLL file?

  1. Raggy Newcomer, in training

    I've got a new copy of 'IL 2 Sturmovik - Forgotten Battles'. After installing, it won't let me play but gives the message;

    "Error starting programme
    The RTS.DLL file cannot start. Check the file to determine the problem."

    Can anyone please tell me what this means, and what the problem is. I can't see this RTS.DLL file anywhere.
    Thanks for any advice anyone can offer.....

    It could be it's missing or corrupt and probably your problem then. It's copy protected on the CD by safe-disk 2.40.011
