What is BgCheck?

i keep getting the pop up message that says microsoft windows then bgcheck has stopped working
a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notigy you if a solution is available. then is says close program but no program is closed.

then i get another error that says softwrap error and it continued another instance of this title is already being run. pease choose to try it or purchase it before running another instance.

i don't know how to fix it they keep popping up every minute

Check C:\Windows\Minidump folder for any recent Minidumps
