that thing is running on my computer, and i want to know what it does. it look like it might be somehting bad... if it is bad, whats a safe way to get rid of it?

Yes, it can't be a good thing. I can't find any information on it, so it's probably something someone just named random letters to run. My guess is that it is a trojan of some sort. Have a look around with the programs RBS suggested, as well as a full virus scan.
i ran spybot and i have symantec corp running, it didnt remove it. so i ended it using task manager, searched for it, and then deleted it...or so i thought. after i restarted my computer, its there again...whatever it is it dont want to die.

If this jxdjyc.exe does not disappear, boot into Safe Mode, and do a search with Explorer. Delete it. It may also have gotten stuck in XP's restores. In that case you may have to delete all your restores. Check in this forum how to do that, I refuse to install that heap of sh.te with the name XP. Hence I don't know enough of all the details.

so...i have to pay to use spyhunter? the ones spyhunter found, the HKEY, dont match what you put up under manual removal, as in the numbers in the {} dont match. and i dont understand how to manually delete the HKEY files.

One of the best, as far as I know, is Spy Sweeper from http://www.webroot.com/wb/products/spysweeper/index.php That costs $29.95. Read up on their website. You could always re-format and re-install your PC, that only costs time. And next time you browse anywhere, don't let them download anything on your PC, don't visit dubious websites, stay away from Kazaa and the like.
