What is the best cable for networking?

    Still I am using Cat5e Plenum 350MHZ in my office ....
    Can you suggest me which cable is best for high networking system???

    Cat6 is a better cable than Cat5/Cat5e.

    Cat-6a probably. Although unless you are planning to exceed gigabit ethernet or are experiencing a lot of crosstalk issues your Cat-5e should be sufficient.
