What is the best CRM that you can recommend?

I am a small restaurant owner with 20 employees and I need a CRM that could actually work. I've tried using Convergehub but it was not worth it because it provides data that are actually inaccurate and outdated. It also messes the sales records which makes it difficult to use. Instead of helping lessen the workload, this software creates more problems.

To be clear CRM: Customer Relations Management.

It's been a while so I can't speak to the user interface now, but
Salesforce was an excellent product last I time I used it.

It also messes the sales records
this bothers me. CRM works in the pre/post sales and support area, while your time keeping, A/R & A/P are in your accounting system.
IMO, the two should be totally independent and at the most, one might reference a record in the other, eg: CRM takes a note of a Purchase Order.

I'm interested in your expectations for a CRM in the restaurant business. As noted above, a CRM is heavily involved in the pre/post sales area -- kind of foreign to restaurants to my thinking.

Like to engage you with what you thought you would do with a CRM.

I am using Zoho CRM for years and actually it works really good.
But I recommend you to choose mostly that one which is more suits your niche and convenient for your business.
