What is the best gaming console?

I have...a gameboy, IDK if it works though.

Currently, I have a 360, PS2. I used to have a bunch of **** but you know, Overtime **** dissapears.

I'm not saying you're wrong because it's my opinion--I'm saying you're wrong because you are; you obviously have no idea what you're talking about. Again, you cannot judge a console by the games. You don't even own a PS3 so you can't even compare to anything. I could go on all day about how Gears 2 and Halo on the 360 are sh** but now that passes as my opinion. However, you can't argue that anything with Halo or Gears of War on it will sell millions of copies...

You're #4 statement irritates me the most I think, because I'm not sure what rock you're living under but today's video games rely heavily on the Internet and Blu-Ray is the type of media all PS3 games are recorded to, instead of regular DVD-Rs (DL) which can only hold 8.5GB. You might not care but Blu-Ray disks can hold a lot of game (~25GB) therefore developers have a lot more real estate. They also hold their value a lot longer.

While I will agree with your #5 statement #6 is garbage. There is absolutely no way in hell that the 360 is a better quality console, from a technical standpoint. Over 60% of consoles have failed compared to 20% with the PS3. This is a fact, so don't dispute it. I have both consoles, and I like them both, but the PS3 is far superior for many reasons. I'm not talking about games, the people who use them, or the features they provide... I'm talking from a technical standpoint and backing up the fact that the PS3's hardware is far more reliable.

Overall, I really think that you're just pulling stuff out your a** like a typical 360 fanboy and not even making educated claims on the PS3.

Dark, while you may be stating opinion your still attempting to make a fallacious argument that somehow greater popularity means better which is incorrect. EXC is right factually that PS3 hardware wise is superior to the 360. That's not hating on the 360, that's just the way it is. The 360's later versions have considerably lower failure rates and the newest "slim" design hopefully will be in line with other consumer electronics in regards to failing.

Your other points seem off to me as well, both 360 and PS3 online wise have annoying little kids playing. Shoot even PC games have it but thankfully we can ban them much easier then on a console. Graphically I'm not sure what comparison your attempting to make, I will say though that multiplatform games do tend to look better on the 360 usually because of development and exclusive titles aren't really comparable.

Now regarding games, that is completely subjective and depends on what the individual likes. The PS3 however does have more exclusive games then the 360 of high critical acclaim just fyi.

The PS3 also focuses its marketing on multi-media system because it can! They won the format war and as a hardware company it would be dumb not too capitalize on it. And honestly for some people that matters especially with how much a console costs these days. I will agree with your early point though that Xbox Live is superior to PS3, not because you pay but rather because Microsoft is a software company and they are pretty good at it.

The thing that pisses me off is how you keep insisting that everything you are saying is right. How can you tell me something is right, I mean for Christ sake I try to state my opinion and you disagree on more than half or what I write saying your right. If you right about everything back it up, SS's videos. No I am not a 360 fanboy, I barley play that crap anymore so don't start thinking **** thats not true. You get really in depth in what you are saying and block out everything other people have to say. I mean for Ex: I write IMO! You start telling me that most of what I say is wrong. Proof it really... Same goes for me. This is not what TechSpot is about. They're all good consoles- and if their creators worked together, they could push all other competiton out of buisness.

The xBox 360 is the best console for game. I am using it since last 3 years and I have no faced any problem yet. It works very well. There is no problem regarding any type of game. I have a huge collection of xBox 360 game. Its really great console all time.

Uhmm I'd say PS3, the XBox360 is just so weird to play with. I feel more comfortable playing ps3 then Xbox + from a technical vieuw, the ps3 definately owns the xbox360!
