What is the least cpu using media player?

im having trouble with media players.
what media player uses the least cpu?
im willing to wait for your answers

I use VLC Media Player
Not sure if its the least CPU or not (and I think that may also be related to the quality of the media being played)
But at least it works without any other update or addon

There's hardly a difference, though itunes and WMP seems a bit fatter.
I like media player classic with k-lite codecs.
