What is the proper driver for the Ethernet Controller in a Dell XPS 200

My father and I are trying to get internet access back on our computer.
We've tried R155246.EXE. But it doesnt' work.

We're missing the Local Area Connection/Network

I attempted looking at the DELL XPS 200 page but nothing said "ethernet" (I used ctrl+f) . Also nothing said controller.

I found it under Network on the XPS 200 support page for XP. It's the "Intel - Driver". Here's a link to the Intel (R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection
