What items should I remove from Hijackthis log file

I'm trying to remove all malicious items from my computer so I ran Hijackthis. I have a lot of items I'm not sure about. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your HJT log looks clean, apart from one suspicious entry.

Check this entry, if you don`t know what the application is, you should let HJT fix it. I can find no info for this.
