What kind of overclock?

ok would it be better to have an opteron 144 stock 1.8Ghz at 2.6Ghz, memory stock 200Mhz, 3-3-3-8 at 236Mhz 3-3-4-9 with command rate of 2T OR opteron 144 at 2.2Ghz, memory 3-3-3-9 at 200Mhz with command rate of 1T?

BTW i was able to get both of these overclocks with ease and stock cooling my specs are on my profile

any other suggestions for further overclocking are appreciated

I would prefer the first option, faster speed.

You can do some benchmarks and find out by yourself!
