What PCI Express version do I have?

  1. Hi, attached is my log from the program CPU-Z, I wanted to find out which version PCI-express slot i had but i do not know how to interpret this information. I see the number 1.0 but also a 1.1. If someone could tell me that would be great

    really? i didnt even know they were about when this computer was made! (bought around 2005/06)

    oh wait im sorry, its v1.0 as stated in the CPUZ log u posted:
    PCI capability

    Ahhh, thats a shame but i guess its still a positive that its an express slot, thanks alot :)

    i do yep, atm ive got a 4 year old nvidia 6200, ive only just realised ive got a PCIe slot so im going to look into buying one to actually play some games (WoW for example) just need to find a decent one which is appropiate :)
