DonNagual Posts: 2,385 +5 Jun 1, 2013 #2 Radeon 5830 needs two 6-pin connectors. That's the AMD reference card anways, what make/model are you looking at? I think Asus uses a 6 pin AND an 8 pin, as an example, so you have to check the makers specs for the individual card.
