What screwdriver do I need for my Cirago CST 4000?

    My External Cirago CST 4000 stopped working so I'm Taking it Apart to get the Hard drive out Of The case. I Don't Know What Kind of Screwdriver I need To Take Out These Kind Of Screws..

    The type of fastener appears to be security torx although it would have been better if the photo view was straight on. There are different sizes but it's hard to tell from a picture what size this is. Security torx usually comes as a bit socket. This one will be 1/4" drive or 3/8" drive.

    I can't tell for certain from the picture if it is a torx or allen. The interior isn't lit well enough. Security torx is also known as tamper resistant torx but there is such a thing as tamper resistant or security allen too. Take a close look at it. Is it a star shape or hex shape? Star is torx.

    Tamper resistant torx are more common, I believe, but it is what it is. Tamper resistant allen tools are harder to find but they are out there.
