When I turn laptop on it says ZOQKT is compressed

Hey everyone,

Was hoping someone could help me please.

I have an acer laptop and when I turn it on it now says ZOQKT is compressed, press ctrl alt del to restart and then the same thing just keeps happening.

Does anyone know what this means or how to fix this please?

Which OS are you on? You may be able to decompress the file in recovery console if you have a boot/install disk (a similar issue sometimes happens with NTLDR file, which can be resolved this way)

Windows vista but also windows 7 I don't know which one it actually boots up on. I don't have a disc is there another way?
