You can't. About 15 feet is the longest you'll likely find. You'll have to get some form of repeater in there, like a hub or maybe even a string of these would work: http://www.monoprice.com/products/p...cs_id=1030304&p_id=2779&seq=1&format=2&style= but I wouldn't trust 3-4 of those in a row.

I'm sure there is a better way for what you are trying to do, perhaps if you told us someone could suggest something better.

the maximum length for a USB cable is 5 meters (16.4 feet). as SNGX mentioned, you would have to use hubs or daisy-chain active cables to achieve a total 50 foot length.

what exactly do you wish to do with such a long cable anyways?

Well i just bought this Mvix (MX-760HD) Wireless HD Media Center
    http://www.mvixusa.com/store/index.php?target=products&product_id=1574#main_description
and it seems the fastest way to transfer files to it is via The High Speed USB 2.0 port on it.. because it transfers at 480Mbps.. i think..
So i was gunna string out a long USB cord from my pc to the unit out into my living room about 50 FT away. theres a LAN port but its only 100Mbps.. and the Wifi is only for streaming at the moment 54Mbps..
