Hello,

I have finally managed to save up enough money to upgrade my old 6800 Ultra card and have started to look around for which 7900GTX card to buy.

But I find it quite confusing to be honest.
The cheapest one I can find are around £320 here in the UK but there are those that sell for over £400 (which are overclocked).

What I am not sure of is, is there really such a difference between the various cards to justify the massive difference in price?

Also has anyone got any experience of these cards and could offer some recommendations?

No experience, but I think overclocking it yourself will give you a better result.

Yes, that was my gut feeling as well, especially if it would save me almost a £100.

Very good sugeestion. Your 6800 should last you until next gen equipment comes out.
