Which is the better graphic card?

WHAT CARD SHOULD I BUY? VISIONTEK HD 5670 2GB DDR3 or VISIONTEK HD 6670 GDDR5 OR POSSIBLY GEFORCE? TRYING TO DECIDE WHAT TO UPGRADE TO. I AM PURCHASING A CORSAIR 430WATT PSU FOR $50 AND WANT TO PLAY GTA 4 WITH BETTER FPS I CURRENTLY USE A HD 4200 GPU. I HAVE A BUDGET OF $220 WHAT SHOULD I DO. I DON'T WANT TO GET A GPU THAT REQUIRES PCI-E 6PIN OR 8PIN POWER. I JUST WANT TO GET ONE THATS POWERED BY THE PCI-E BUS.

I'm curious as to why you are against a video card with a PICE (6 or 8 pin) power connector especially since the power supply you want has that connector. Your budget would easily support a 6770, 6790 or even a 6850(this would almost max out your budget) but these cards all require a PCIE power connector. Between the 5670 and 6670 I would defiantly go with a 6670 It has 80 more stream processors and GDDR5 is a definite improvement over GDDR3 but again it doesn't cost much more for a 6770 which has almost double the stream processors but requires an auxiliary PCIE power connector.

i think i may get the HD 6770 its going for $129 on amazon.com and newegg.com
