Which of the following GPU is worth in 2021?

Hi guys, I cannot make a Choice between a Gtx 780ti and a HIS R9 290 IceQ X2 OC.
Which one is the best in 2021.
I know gpu prices are very high but both are 140$ in prices and I cannot wait. My gtx 570 died about 2 days ago.
The R9 is 147$ and 780ti is 142$

There won’t be much difference between the two, given their respective ages, but the extra VRAM on the R9 290 will be more useful. The 780 Ti was a better card back in its time, but the Kepler architecture hasn’t aged very well.
