    Not a big difference. Without looking at the exact models, there's nothing to say but pick the cheapest one.

    Well if you are not going to watercool it, I would take the cooling solution into consideration. The new Hydro-cell (updated Vapor chamber) are much better than just a copper base/fin array.
    also case ventilation, a blower sytle will exit all the heated air out the back as opposed to an open air cooler that diffuses all the heat into your case.
    If your a heavy OC'er look at the power phasing, Voltage controller (CHL vs Volterra) etc
