Why is my laptop warming up whenver chatting thorugh webcam?

Why is my laptop warming up whenever I am chatting with someone and they can see me and I can see them.
I am Using Windows Xp Home Edition
Microsoft LifeCam NX-6000 Notebook Cam
Ati Radeon 128 mb 200M Integrated Graphics

When you are using video chat, your computers processor is going for its life.
ie
AntiVirus
Firewall
Video
Audio
Restore
Indexing
Network (Internet)
Chat Program?
No doubt many other things running

Basically your processor is running high with all this, and subsequently warms up.

There are cooling pads you can buy for laptops, or maybe just confirm you have got as many background things turned off as possible.

Just normal video/processor heat occuring

Video compression and decompression is no easy task for a computer. You could try tuning the settings of your chat program or webcam to produce a smaller picture if you don't like the heat.

I wait some time cause there is new technology coming out like Non-Mechanical Disks and new lcd's for laptops. am I correct?
Right Now my ati is like 128mb hehe I need more like 512 mb.
