Wifi connects, then drops out and won't reconnect until network settings reset :(

Please help me! There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the router as everything else works and the internet works fine for about 10 minutes before dropping out. I have recently updated to windows 10 and done a system reset, before this never any problems.

Also I have reset, uninstalled etc the adapter and done basically everything under the sun. Nothing works.

I just mean that I have tried a number of different trouble shooting common fixes, such as uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, which does not work.

Check eventvwr.msc for errors - something there may help. . Try another adapter.

Win/10 has issues with WiFi drivers.

Go to the vender's website, find the download, support or driver page and fetch a new driver that matches your Win/10 WiFi description.
