Hi, I'm wondering whether this RAM: Kingston KHX1600C9D3

Will work with this motherboard: AsRock 970 Extreme3 Motherboard

I'd greatly greatly appreciate any help!

    Yes, that is DDR3-1600 RAM.

That motherboard accepts a maximum of 32GB using up to four sticks of DDR3 2100(OC)/1866*/1800*/1600*/1333/1066/800 non-ECC, un-buffered RAM.

Thanks for the reply leeky, I was just worried because the RAM isnt on the qualified list of RAM ticks for the motherboard

It is generally best to stick to the qualified RAM list, but as long as it meets the specifications required and is manufactured by a respectable RAM maker you should be fine.

Make sure your RAM is a 1.5V rated kit instead of 1.65V, when I googled that one it came up with 1.65V.
