My daughter's Windows 7 laptop boots up to a screen that says Win 7 Antispyware 2012 Firewall Alert and then continues to pop up all sorts of alerts warning of various infections and asking you to click on a button to activate Win 7 Antispyware 2012. When I try to start up IE and go to your site or anywhere else it gets hijacked to a screen that says visiting the site may pose a security threat and recommends getting a copy of Win 7 Antispyware 2012. On top of that it continues popping up other bogus warning windows. I used another computer (the one I'm using to access the forum now) to review your 7-steps, downloaded MBAM, GMER, and DDS, copied to CD and inserted in infected laptop. I was able to get McAfee AV to run a scan after several attempts, and it came back with a message that it found 1 issue and had stopped the process rgl.exe. I then installed MBAM, ran it and detected 3 issues, had me restart the computer. Log file below, also log files for GMER and DDS.
