I downloaded a movie from limewire called:
The Island.2005 DVD Divx Rip
It is an avi file, but everytime i try to open it, it says:
Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.
I have downloaded several codecs, installed them, they didn't work. I read on this forum that someone uninstalled all the other codecs, and downloaded the k-lite codec pack. so i did that.. still doesn't work. still get error.
Someone please help.......
